Delivery Interruptions Update

Delivery Interruptions Update

Due to the flooding and extreme weather currently being experienced in NSW and QLD we have been advised of multiple road closures and are currently experiencing delivery interruptions.

As the saying goes “it never rains, it pours”, and so it seems. Following all that has been endured with drought, fires, COVID-19 and now flooding we do have to wonder what is next for us all. We are also continually amazed at the power of human kindness and strength of community in times of crisis. As Australians, we have navigated through all that has been thrown at us and yet we continue to put others before ourselves and patients at the centre, finding creative solutions to every challenge.

Please know we are thinking of everyone impacted by the horrendous weather being experienced and are here for anything we can support with.

Please contact us if there is anything you or your patients need and we will do all we can to ensure patients do not go without.

Local road closures, safety measures and access issues are also affecting deliveries in flood-affected areas with limited delivery to the following postcodes:

2578, 2397 – 2411, 2447 – 2490, 2548, 2550, 2551 and 2545

4213, 4228, 4220, 4223, 4213, 4228, 4220, 4223, 4215, 4217, 4218, 4226, 4270, 4272, 4275, 4210, 4211, 4209, 4212, 4214, 4216, 4470, 4370, 4371, 4372, 4373, 4128, 4270, 4272, 4275, 4500 and 4503

The safety of our people and the community is our priority. Tracked items are being scanned and will be delivered as quickly as possible once it is safe to do so. We will continue to provide updates as information becomes available.
