The new Large Flange option Dual Valve is now available and on its way to Australia. The 20Fr. Dual Valve now comes with a large esophageal and tracheal flange which can help reduce leakage through and around the valve. The Dual Valve has been successful with patients when the primary valve fails due to Candida colonization. The secondary speech valve is designed to remain viable to help prevent leakage of fluids.
